Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on orders over €35. For orders under €35, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Shipping

When you place an order on a business day before 10:00 PM (22:00), we do our utmost to ship it the same day. In most cases, you will receive your order the following day.

Your parcel will be shipped via PostNL. Once we have handed your shipment over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace link. Please note that this email may occasionally end up in your spam or junk folder.

Please note: Due to increased demand at our shipping partners, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are doing everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Transportation

All parcels are shipped with PostNL. If your product is damaged or lost during transport to the address provided by you, Baby Kids BV will initiate an investigation to assist you as best as possible. However, you must contact our customer service within a reasonable period (14 days) if your product has been damaged or lost during shipment.

As a customer, you remain responsible for the payment of any outstanding invoice amounts until the issue has been resolved.

Uncollected Parcels

A handling fee of €12.50 will be charged for all parcels that are not collected from a pickup point. This fee covers processing, return shipping, and handling costs.

If you change your mind after your order has been shipped, you must collect the parcel from the pickup point and return it to us yourself. If the parcel is not collected, it will automatically be registered as uncollected.

Once we receive an uncollected parcel back, we will refund the purchase amount minus the €12.50 handling fee using the original payment method known to us.

If, for any reason, the parcel is not returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund.
