Is your product not working exactly as you expected?

Please contact us at service@emulait.store. In many cases, we can help you quickly, so returning the product may not even be necessary.

How can you return a product?

You can easily register your return within 14 days via the Emulait return portal. Within this period, you may return your purchase for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns are handled by Baby Kids BV, Monta, Edisonweg 9-11, Oost I, 4027HE Gorinchem. Please note that you must first register your return via our return portal and follow the provided instructions before sending any product back.

To ensure hygiene and safety, please return products unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. Emulait does not refund original shipping costs.

Important: Shipping is at your own risk. We recommend purchasing a return label through our return portal and keeping your proof of shipment. This way, you will receive a track-and-trace code and your return will always be traceable.
