Where can I find a manual for my Emulait product?

You can download the manual for each Emulait product via the product page of the relevant product, under the “Use & Care” tab.

Do Emulait bottles have air vents? 

The vents on the Emulait bottle are built into the nipple thread and, together with the flow control, reduce air swallowing (aerophagia) to minimize post-feed gas, stomach discomfort and fussiness (colic symptoms).

Are Emulait bottles BPA Free? 

Yes! Your baby’s health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. All Emulait bottles are made from BPA-free, phthalate-free and non-toxic Tritan (plastic).

Do your bottles come with travel/storage lids? 

Yes! All bottles come with a travel cap and lid.

Do you ship internationally? 

We offer shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and most other countries in Europe.

How can I check my order status?

Help! The product that I wanted is out of stock, when will you be restocking? 

With such an overwhelming response to our bottles, we are working around the clock to get your package out as quickly as possible. To check on a specific product, you can email us at service@emulait.store

Do you accept returns?  

We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with our products for both you and your baby. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Within these 14 days, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To ensure hygiene and safety, please return products unused, clean, and in their original packaging. Customer to pay for return shipping costs. Emulait does not refund original shipping cost or duty fees.

Can I edit my order?  

We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible.Please contact customer service at service@emulait.store and we will determine if we can edit the order based on the order status.
